The Power of Self—Individual development and Influence
Focus Areas:
Self-awareness and Personal Growth—Discover how your values, experiences, and identities shape your perceptions, interactions, and capacity to influence change
Leveraging Personal Influence—Learn to use your unique strengths and influence to inspire and facilitate change within communities, eco-systems, and organizations
Interpersonal effectiveness— Develop skills to work collaboratively and empathetically with others, even in challenging or complex situations
Building a Learning Community—We will explore and study the dynamics of the group as a microcosm for understanding broader systemic dynamics

Module #2
The Power of Groups—Exploring Intergroup Dynamics in Systems
Focus Areas
Social Identity Group Theory—understand how social identities (nationality, ethnicity, gender identity, class, ability, etc.) shape individual and group experiences
Intergroup Dynamics—explore how different identity groups interact, including the tensions and opportunities for connection and collaboration
Dialogic Skills for Change—develop the ability to facilitate meaningful conversations that bridge divides, address inequities, and foster belonging

A deeper understanding of group dynamics and how our identities influence social power and human system inequities
Enhanced facilitation skills for leading difficult dialogues and creating space for authentic, transformative engagements

The Power of Systems—Transforming Communities and Organizations
Focus areas
Applying theory to practice— build on the knowledge and skills from Modules 1 & 2 to design and implement strategies for systems transformation
Navigating complexity— learn to approach systemic change with agility and adaptability, addressing resistance and leveraging opportunities for impact
Sustaining Transformation— develop strategies to ensure that equity, inclusion, and belonging become lasting elements of system transformation
