1. What is the program investment?

• The non-refundable registration fee is $250 USD.

• The program investment is $2,895 USD.

2. Is there a payment plan?

Yes. After you’ve paid the non-refundable registration fee there is a payment plan available.

Payment amounts and due dates are:

• January 31, 2027 - $965

• March 31, 2027 - $965

• June 30, 2027 - $965

3. Must one be familiar with Gestalt and other change models?

No. You will become familiar with Gestalt and other applied behavioral science models throughout the program.

4. What’s included in the program investment?

Your investment includes program fees and some meals. NOTE: Travel and lodging are not included in the program's cost and participants must make their own arrangements. We will coordinate pricing for lodging to get the best price possible.

Hotel rates will become more affordable for everyone as the number of participants staying at the program site increases.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?

• The Registration Fee and investment must be paid through our secure payment page.

• Program payments can be paid through Certified Funds, including Credit Card, Purchase Orders, and wire transfers - all in US funds.

• Wire transfers are preferred.

6. Is staying on-site mandatory?

While staying on-site is not mandatory, we strongly urge you to do so. As seasoned practitioners, we know that staying on site deepens the cohort learning experience.

7. Is there a refund policy?

Participants have until July 1st, 2027, to request a full refund, less a 10% processing fee.

8.What language is the program delivered in?

The program is English-speaking. All fluency levels of English are welcome!
